Commitment to RERA Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jakate Entrepreneurs, under the leadership of Amol Shirish Jakate, is committed to adhering to all applicable laws and regulations, including the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and its subsequent amendments. We assure you that all our projects, including Lilium Phase II, are registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refund and Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All refunds and cancellations will be processed strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the respective Agreement to Sale or other governing agreements entered into between Jakate Entrepreneurs and the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Timelines for Refunds:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We aim to initiate the refund process within 90 days or as per the RERA or MahaRERA Rules and regulations, circulars of the Authority, whichever is earlier, of receiving the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duly Registered Cancellation Agreement:<\/strong> This agreement, acceptable to the Promoter, should explicitly state the buyer’s intent to cancel the purchase and request cancellation of the registered Agreement to Sale, adhering to the terms and conditions of the original agreement. This agreement should also release the apartment and the Promoter from all obligations, encumbrances, charges, and mortgages created by the customer\/allottee\/buyer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Necessary Documentation:<\/strong> Any additional documentation required to process the refund, as specified in the relevant agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Please note that the specific terms and conditions related to refunds and cancellations, including timelines for processing refunds, may vary from project to project and are subject to the provisions of RERA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the event of any disputes or disagreements, the provisions of RERA and the applicable laws shall prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
